The active spread of tuberculosis around the world has been an urgent issue for many decades, but even now, there is no data on all available methods introducing pathogen into a previously healthy territory and mechanisms mycobacteria activity, this makes it impossible to eradicate disease completely. purpose study was determine effect rice weevil (lat. Sitophilus oryzae) dissociative forms mycobacterium tuberculosis, their viability, biochemical properties virulence through passage insect’s body. To fulfil purpose, following were used: biological (experimental infection laboratory animals), anatomical pathology determining viability by counting colony-forming units. pathogenic Mycobacterium bovis (passage 118) after body in experiment guinea pigs determined summarized. change isolated dynamics comparison with original culture described. plasticity activity passing beetle proven, influence macroorganism enzymatic analysed. phenomena activation systems, which are associated adaptation survival conditions changed habitat, substantiated. practical value lies improved understanding processes established role insects transmission infection, prospect developing measures prevent combat

Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Thiosemicarbazide Derivatives Endowed with High Activity toward Mycobacterium Bovis
Thiosemicarbazides are potent intermediates for the synthesis of pharmaceutical and bioactive materials and thus, they are used extensively in the field of medicinal chemistry. The imine bond (-N=CH-) in these compounds are useful in organic synthesis, in particular for the preparation of heterocycles and non-natural β-aminoacids.In this paper the synthesis of some new thiosemicarbazide derivat...

Survival of Sitophilus oryzae (L.) on wheat treated with diatomaceous earth: impact of biological and environmental parameters on product efficacy
A series of experiments was conducted to evaluate the effects of temperature, relative humidity (r.h.), population density, concentration, exposure interval, and residual aging on susceptibility of Sitophilus oryzae (L.), the rice weevil, to diatomaceous earth (DE). In the first experiment, hard red winter wheat was treated with 300 ppm of the Protect-Itt formulation of DE, and 10, 20, or 30 1–...
